Head of HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) global m/w/d 


This function includes the following activities in particular:


  • leading the global Tenowo HSEQ / EHS team in line with Tenowo's strategy and goals
  • responsibility for the implementation of the requirements for ISO 14001, 9001, OSHAS 18001 / ISO 45001 in all Tenowo subsidiaries
  • planning and implementation of internal system, process and product audits as well as support in external audits
  • establishing standardized global strategies, guidelines, procedures and exchanging best practices
  • structuring, planning and prioritizing global improvement projects
  • ensuring compliance with all government and company regulations and ethical standards
  • createing a culture of continuous improvement that leads to the achievement of important strategic, financial and operational goals
  • ensuring a solid reporting line to functional team members within the subsidiaries (including Tenowo headquarters).


Your profile:


  • degree in the field of quality management, engineering, technical textiles or comparable
  • proven leadership experience in HSEQ management on an international level in the manufacturing industry
  • experience in developing international HSEQ strategies
  • experience in restructuring or establishing HSEQ functions and processes
  • strategic, process-oriented and at the same time practice-oriented manager with analytical strengths
  • strong leadership competence with experience in leadership across different locations and cultures in a matrix structure
  • strong negotiation and communication skills
  • role model for employees and colleagues, ability to build relationships
  • systematic way of thinking, structured way of working and ability to prioritize
  • experience in dealing with authorities and customers
  • willingness to travel internationally
  • German and English business fluent language skills (other languages benefical).
